The Traditional Farmhouse style allows for simplified forms with some traditional details. Homes are to be designed with a simple consistent detailing and a strong vertical presentation. Trims are to be 4” and to match the trim colour. Trims match the adjacent wall colour are highly encouraged. Wood columns or wood brackets are highly encouraged.
