Azur Beaumont is located in the City of Beaumont, which is south of the City of Edmonton, and northeast of the City of Leduc.
Azur Beaumont is easily accessible via range road 241 and/or the existing community to the north. It is 30 minutes from Miquelon Lake Provincial Park, 5 minutes from Don Sparrow Lake, and 30 minutes from downtown Edmonton.
Avillia is the land developer for Azur. Avillia is working to bring the vision of this new community to life through careful land planning, obtaining approvals and constructing the neighbourhood and lots. We then work with a select builder group as they craft beautiful houses for those that will call Azur home.
